Counseling through the program is confidential and include business start-up requirements; business planning; marketing and sales; financing and loan guidance; web designing and SEO; legal assistance; city permitting and licensing; fictitious business name registration; business accounting; green business/sustainability; customer and employee relations; budgeting; human resources; and import/export.
