Pacific Palisades Branch Library’s head librarian Mary Hopf said that thanks to a recent ballot measure, the library will now have expanded hours. Tuesday and Thursday, the library opens at noon at closes at 8 p.m. Wednesday remains the same 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, it opens at 9:30 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m.
