Certified yoga instructor Alison Bur- meister, co-owner of The Yogurt Shoppe, teaches community yoga classes (all levels) Mondays at 9:45-11 a.m. at the Woman’s Club, 901 Haverford. Beginners are welcome. Donation based ($15 suggested). Participants should bring a mat, water, towel and a smile.
