The following Oct. 10, 2016 crime report was supplied by LAPD Senior Lead Officer Michael Moore of the West L.A. Division. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
ROBBERY
1500 Lachman Ln, btwn 10/8/16 at 10:30 PM and 10/9/16 at 2 AM. The suspects (#1 male Asian, black hair, 5’4″ 140 lb, 17/18, #2 male Asian, black hair, 5’8″ 190 lb, 19/21, #3 male Asian, black hair, 5’10” 160 lb, 19, #4-7 male Asian, NFD) confronted victim 1 and 2 on the hiking trail. The suspects confronted the victims, began striking them with a baseball bat and bodily force, then took cell phones, wallet, and keys from the victims. The suspects fled in a gray mini-van.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
Jason Way/Marquez Terr, 10/5/16 at 4:25 PM. The suspects (#1 male balck, 5’9″, 25/30 #2 male balck, bald, 5’9″, 25/30), who appeared to have committed a crime, rammed victim’s vehicle with a gold Audi when they saw the victim watching them from the vehicle.
THEFT
1000 Hartzell, 9/30/16 at 3:35 AM. The suspect (male black, black hair, 20/30 years) entered victim’s unlocked garage and took a bicycle, laptop computer, and skateboards.
VANDALISM
- 14200 Sunset, btwn 10/5/16 at 10 PM and 10/6/16 at 7 AM. The suspect damaged victim’s chain link fence.
- 17200 Palisades Cir, 10/7/16 btwn 3:05 PM and 3:15 PM. The suspect poured paint on victim’s driveway.
