Pacific Palisades Senior Lead Officer Michael Moore has asked residents to join him on the 11th Annual “Battle of the Badges” blood drive. A blood mobile will be parked on Butler Avenue by the West L.A. police station from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 20.
