LAPD Pacific Palisades Crime Report: Stolen Phone and Food, Object Into Car Window

The following May 15, 2016 crime report was supplied by LAPD Senior Lead Officer Michael Moore of the West L.A. Division. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

GRAND THEFT AUTO

Pacific Coast Hwy/Sunset, 5/10/16 btwn 10:20 AM and 11:20 AM. The suspect took victim’s vehicle from the street.
BURGLARY/THEFT from MOTOR VEHICLE 

  • 1000 Monument, btwn 4/29/16 at 9 AM and 4/30/16 at 9 AM. The suspect took a bag and computer from victim’s unlocked vehicle.
  • 17300 Pacific Coast Hwy, 5/13/16 btwn 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM. The suspect entered victim’s unlocked vehicle and took a laptop computer.

THEFT

  • 1400 Via Anita, 5/10/16 at 4 PM. A 33 year old male was arrested for grand theft after stealing jewelry from his employer.
  • 17200 Pacific Coast Hwy, 5/11/16 at 9:10 PM. The suspects (#1-2 male Hispanic, shaved head, 5’10” 150) ran towards victim. When victim attempted to avoid suspects victim’s phone fell out of his pocket. The suspects then took victim’s phone.
  • 17300 Sunset, 5/12/16 at 10 PM. The suspect (female white, black hair, 5’8″ 230 lb, 45 years) entered victim’s business, took food, and fled without paying.

VANDALISM 

200 Ocean Ave Ext, 5/10/16 btwn 5 PM and 6 PM. The suspect threw an unknown object at victim’s front windshield causing damage.
