The Pacific Palisades Baseball Association All-Stars – the 10U Mustangs and the 12U Broncos – held tough in their respective tournaments last week, with the Broncos edging out John Mendez 14-9 on Monday, July 18 to win the championship.
With the win, the Broncos advance to the Super Regional Tournament in Whittier from July 21 through July 27.
As of Monday night, there were no results available for the Mustangs. The top two teams in its tournament advance to the Super Regional Tournament in San Marcos from July 21 through July 26. The Mustangs have already qualified.
To advance to Monday’s championship games, the Mustang defeated Cheviot Hills 6-5 will advance to the championship game. The Broncos defeated East Long Beach 10-5 on Sunday.
