By Dolores Quintana
According to a press release from Councilwoman Traci Park, representing the 11th District, in partnership with the Pacific Palisades Community Council, YMCA, and Brentwood Community Council, has issued an invitation to attend a Public Safety Fair. The event will take place on June 10th, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend this free event; attendees are encouraged to bring their friends and families.
This is an event designed to promote awareness and readiness in many different kinds of emergency situations. It is especially important to highlight these issues because June is National Safety Month.
The Public Safety Fair aims to provide valuable information and resources to enhance public safety and resilience in the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with various organizations, learn about safety measures, and gather important insights into local initiatives.
Councilwoman Traci Park said in an emailed statement, “This is a great chance to learn from our local experts about safety precautions and emergency preparedness. The safety of our community is our top priority, and this fair is a step forward in ensuring that.”
