Chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg founded Blue Ribbon Sushi to serve fresh sushi, sashimi and family-style Japanese fare. The Palisades Village location is inspired by the original restaurant, established over two decades ago in Soho NYC. From Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the restaurant operates its “Social Hour”. Below is the menu served for the occasion.
